Here is my receipe for quick chocolate sponge cake. Try it is softy and spongy.

1. Maida -100 grams
2. Sugar - 125 grams
3. Butter -125 grams
4. Coco Powder 30 grams spoon
5. Vanilla Essence -1/2 teaspoon
6. Baking Powder 1/2 teaspoon
7. 2 eggs (If you want to make it egg-less then add 1/2 teaspoon cooking soda and milk powder 75 grams)
Procedure-
1. Mix Butter and Sugar in one bowl until its creamy.
2. In a small bowl break 2 eggs and add vanilla essence.
3. Mix the eggs with creamy mixture of butter and sugar.
4. In other bowl mix Maida,coco powder and baking powder and add the powdered mixture to our creamy mixture.
5. Once our batters are ready. Greece the cake tray with butter and maida.
6. Pour the batter in cake tray.
I will show you three ways to bake your cake
1. If you have oven - then preheat the oven for 3 min at 180' C. Then bake for around 20-25 mins.
2. If you have microwave then just cook it for 7-8 mins at 60 power and then 1 min on 100 power.
3. if you want to make it in cooker then spread sand in the cooker then place the cake tray on it. remove the vessel of cooker then steam it for 15-20 mins.
