Walnut Marble Cake

This cake recipe is easy to make and its is so soft that it will melt in your mouth. This cake is type of tea cake, so it is tasty even without any icing. Marble effect given to this cake makes it very beautiful.  The cake looks gorgeous when made in Borosil Easy Grip Round Cake Dish.  We can make delicious cake by taste but borosil makes it delicious by look.

Let have a look at Ingredients-

1. Maida(All purpose flour) -100 grams
2. Sugar - 125 grams
3. Butter -125 grams
4. Coco Powder 1 table spoon
5. Cooking Oil 2 table spoon
6. Vanilla Essence -1/2 teaspoon
7. Baking Powder 1/2 teaspoon
8. 2 eggs 
9. Walnut finely Chopped- 2 table spoon.

Lets Make the Cake -

1. Mix Butter and Sugar in one Borosil bowl until its creamy.
2. In a small bowl break 2 eggs and add vanilla essence.
3. Mix the eggs with creamy mixture of butter and sugar.
4. In other bowl mix Maida(All purpose flour). and baking powder and add the powdered mixture to our creamy mixture.
5. Take a small bowl in that ass the coco powder and oil and make chocolate sauce.
6. Take 1/4th part of out cake batter and add it in chocolate sauce and walnut pieces mix well.
7. Once our batters are ready. Greece the Borosil easy grip cake dish with butter and Maida (All purpose flour).
8. Then in the cake tray first spread white batter evenly then spread chocolate batter and then again white batter.
9. Once the layers are done just use fork and mix the batter gently to give marble effect.
10. Preheat the oven for 3 min at 180' C. Then bake for around 20-25 mins.

Cake is ready -

Once the cake is ready and you take it out, usually you have to wait it to cool down and then cut into pieces. But with the borosil dish you can unmold it quickly and eat it hot :-) I can finish half of the cake at a time if it is hot :-) it is yummy and soft. Just try it out:-)
