Tale of Beautiful food

Once upon a time I was a newly married women who knew very little about cooking, basic was good but Youtube was there to rescue. I knew key to my husband's heart his via his stomach. So I decided to prepare lunch box for him everyday. It really worked as his stomach was happy he was happy too :-)
Few dishes which he never liked earlier I made him like due to my presentation skills to shop good vessels ;-) I bought Borosil dishes with different shapes and sizes and started serving him in those and guess what he said that " your food is even more delicious like you dear :-)". I just blushed, I knew my food was already tasty but Borosil made it look more delicious.
Days passed we were happy couple so far. One day My husband told me to prepare nice dinner and he called his colleagues over dinner. I was really tense , because cooking for two people and impressing one person was much more easier. I started thinking that dinner menu should be good, taste should be yummy and more over looks should be mouth watering.
As my dear husband told me this in the morning, I had very few time to do all of this. I decided to pick some recipes which I can make in microwave. I made paneer makhni (butter paneer),  kashmiri pulav and brownie in microwave and laccha paratha and onion raita by regular means.
I made my butter paneer in microwave with just 15 minutes, tomatoes, fresh cream, cashew powder and paneer pieces mixed with panjabi spices, cooked and served in borosil transparent bowl garnished with coriander leaves. Was just easiest and tastiest receipe I ever made in my life.
Kashmiri pulav was my bold attempt to try such a difficult recipe , I made sweet and spicy combination of gravy of the pulav and formed a layer of rice then curry and then rice again. I kept it for baking in borosil vessel and then garnished it with fried cashew and onion. It just looked amazing the three layers and the brown garnishing was really mouth watering.
Then I prepare the batter for brownie with all purpose flour, coco powder, sugar, eggs and milk. Then I pour the batter in rectangular borosil dish and started baking. I planned to serve it with the vanilla ice cream and chocolate sauce. When I open microwave it smelled so yummmm...
Laccha parathas are my favourite I have technique to roll it in such a way that all the layers are seen well :-) raita was just 5 mins task curd, onion, salt and coriander and ready to go :-).All of my efforts got loads of appreciation :-) My husband was proud of me and I felt so confident about my cooking that day.
Thanks borosil for saving my day. Not only borosil has great looks but also its microwavable quality is useful. thanks a ton Borosil for making my Day  !!!!!!! :-)
