All Time Favorite Pav Bhaji

While walking on the street when we pass by Pav Bhaji thela, the smell it self is so irresistible. When I hear Pav Bhaji my mouth will overflow with water and my cravings go beyond control. Today same thing happened to me while surfing facebook I saw pic of Pav Bhaji and then I have to have it for dinner. After putting so much efforts I prepared delicious Pav Bhaji and then after dinner I am feeling completely satisfied.  If you are Pav Bhaji Fan and wondering how to get the road side taste then try this recipe.



Lets see what you need -

1. Shraded cauliflower and green peas -one cup
2. Ginger + Garlic + Green Chilly Paste- one table spoon
3. Finely chopped onion- one cup
4. finely chopped tomato-one cup
5. Boiled Potatoes smashed-one cup
6. Everest Pav Bhaji Masala- around one spoon
7. chilly powder, turmeric powder, salt.
8. Butter
9.coriander
10.ketchup

Let see how to make -

1. Add butter in pan
2. Add the paste ginger+garlic+chilly
3. Add onion and then tomato and let it cook for 5 mins
4. Add the cauliflower and green peas.
5. Add water let it cook for 5 mins
6. Add potato and some water.
7. Add all masalas & ketchup and let it cook properly.
8. Add coriander. 

Done now you are ready to enjoy yours :-)
