Breakfast is the most important meal of the day. If you get good breakfast you will feel the freshness entire day. You can eat as per your tongue demands during lunch and dinner but breakfast should be always healthy. Even though it is difficult to manage tasty and healthy combination, cook of the family struggles to keep everyone happy.  Life of everyone has become so stressful and especially in morning time is busiest time of the way. All the family members are in hurry to get ready and get out of the house. In this case there is hardly any time left to have breakfast. You can imagine that it is more difficult to prepare breakfast, get ready and reach office on time.
                It is said that “Eat Breakfast like a King, Lunch like a Prince and Dinner like a Pauper”. But I have seen people doing completely opposite of this routine. Everyone should understand the importance of breakfast. There are many benefits of eating breakfast such as it increases metabolism, enhances mood, strengthens immune system, maintains body weight, stimulate intelligence.
                I was a regular breakfast eater till the time I was at my Mom’s home. She used to prepare delicious recipes for us and breakfast time was a fun time. Now when all the responsibilities have been fallen on my shoulders, I am unable to manage time for preparing breakfast. This is not a good excuse I know, but whenever I wake up I am in hurry to go to work. I started having kellogg’s cornflakes but everyday eating the same thing was very monotonous.

These links contains great breakfast recipes with kellogg’s cornflakes. I have never thought before that healthy cornflakes can be used in many different ways to make such tasty recipes. The funny thing is that the recipes have touch of drams with Guptaji’s Family. These Nashta recipes came straight from the kitchen of Guptaji’s family. They prepare Nashta for all occasions, moods and tastes. All the recipes are very easy and quick. Now at least making breakfast will be stress free work for me. I hope I can keep my family mood happy in the morning.  
                You know Guptaji’s Family recipes videos are fun to watch. It is not boring as someone is listing out the ingredients and making the recipe. I wish I can get a chance to join Guptaji’s family for breakfast. I am sure with Guptaji’s family I can get a tasty breakfast and loads of fun. My heart will be full of joy and my tummy will be full of Nashta.
