Recipe- Baby Corn Curry

Everyday eating curry and roti is really monotonous. I am person who gets bored quickly and hence I have constant need inside me to try new things, so now I started making new curry recipes which are very fast to cook and very tasty. I tried around 5 recipes and all turned out very yummy .I will share one recipe today which is baby corn curry. Baby corn curry is very healthy and tasty recipe. When I made that first time everyone at home enjoyed it a lot :-) 


Lets see what we need -

1. 1 cup Tomato purry
2. 1/2 cup fresh cream
3. Ginger Garlic paste- 1 tablespoon
4. Turmeric powder - 1 pinch
5. Chilly Powder- as per you taste
6. Salt to taste
7. Garam Masala -1 teaspoon
8. Lemon juice - 1 teaspoon
9. Coriander for garnishing
10. Baby corn -1 cup (cut into circular pieces)
11. Oil - 1 tablespoon
12. Cumin Seeds- 1 tablespoon

Lets see how to cook -

1.  Add oil in the pan, then add cumin seeds when they are brown then add the ginger garlic paste, saute for few seconds.
2. Add tomato purry,chilly powder, turmeric powder, Garam masala and salt, then stir it for around 405 mins.
3. Add Fresh cream and then add the baby corn pieces. 
4. Add some water to make a proper gravy and then put lid and keep sometime for cooking.
5. Once ir is cooked add lemon juice and garnish with coriander.
